We did not try the breakfast, both days we were there. The AC was extremely cool. Room was clean and comfortable. Cleanliness was really good. The outside of the property is a little underwhelming, b but was not dirty or anything like that. Just looks like it's a little outdated. I think the nightly price is a little high for what it is but other than that I have no issue with it
