To be totally fair we got bumped to the sister hotel due to over booking. Still a “Affordable Suite” but 15 minutes further away from the event. Room was filthy and it smelled bad. They had the exhaust fan on but it didn’t help. The dresser drawer was broken off and laying in the closet. After I used the bathroom towel I realized it was dirty - not stained - DIRTY with curly hairs attached to it and on the floor. The lampshade in the bedroom was coated with dust. I took it outside and beat it off. No hairdryer and the bed was squeekie and mushy. I could go on and on. I would not have stayed but there was an event in town and no where else to go and it was 9 pm

We stayed here for one night last minute for a half marathon. I was surprised at how spacious the place was! Clean and quiet. They even left 2 water bottles and snacks for us. Didn't interact with front desk in person due to arriving after hours but they called and gave detailed instructions on how to access our room. Would stay again.

Great Place

Stay was fine but we had no idea this places closes around 5 pm. Luckily lady answered the door and told us where and how to get the key. Other than that it was clean and comfortable. Big plus are the full kitchen, and very reasonably priced. Will stay here again when in the area.

Just an overnight on return trip from Florida. But the property was clean, well kept and the area was quiet. I had a late arrival but they were very accommodating and gave me explicit instructions for getting my key. It's a couple of miles (5) off my route but I would certainly stay again. Totally met my needs and expectations.

Low-Quality Property that did not match booking

The staff called to inform me they were leaving at 5pm and how to locate my key, which was simple enough. When I booked online, I booked a room with one bed and a pull out couch for my child. When I spoke to the person on the phone to request the linens for my daughter to sleep, she informed me that she did not have any extra pillows and that the room she put us in did not have a pull out. My child had to sleep on a tiny loveseat sized couch that is literally bolted to the floor that we covered in the provided sheet and a very thin blanket. When we arrived, the smell of air freshener was so strong; they are clearly trying to cover up a stale odor of this very aged property. We arrived around 9pm and there were police who came to the property for some sort of disturbance with another customer, although I do not know the reason. When I pulled back the cover in the bed, there was a brown stain on the sheets and we could hear shouting and banging throughout the night. Lastly, there was a thermostat in the room and the air was set to cool 68° but it did not go below 73° the entire night, which is much warmer than we prefer to sleep. While it certainly was a cheaper option, there are similarly-priced options that I would consider far superior to this property.
