"Very nice hotel. What made this a 5 star rating is the gentleman working the front desk at 0500. I was uncomfortable walking to the train station which is about a ten min walk, at that hour. I went to the ground floor to leave and there was a man standing outside the door looking very interested in getting in the hotel. I went back to the reception desk. I told the gentleman what I saw and that I wasn’t comfortable walking with luggage to the station. He checked the security camera and saw what I was talking about and immediately called a taxi. He then escorted me to the car and stayed until I was inside the taxi. Please send along my appreciation and thanks. Yeah, the cab was €10 but it was money well spent. "

Giving recommendations on where to eat and shop. That area, is also walking distance from the hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable. "Love staying here and always enjoy my visit! My only concern this time is that the hot water heater for tea/coffee in the room was very old and was shedding plastic inside the pot when water was heated. That urgently needs to be replaced!"
