4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
This property is located just about 15 minutes walk from downtown. Property is surrounded by nice gardens and olive trees. The most disappointing was stuff, specifically, front desk and owners who run this property. I been traveling frequently, but never in my life I been experiencing that level of unprofessionalism. The front desk check in personal, was a owner too, extremely arrogant, rude, disrespectful The service we as a family received, makes me never ever wanting to visit this country again. We stayed for two night, but regret our decision for staying

Friendly family run hotel

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at hotel matheo for a week. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The hotel was busy but the pool and sunbeds were never over crowded. It had beautiful views of the ocean and it is just a short walk to the beach and shops. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Hotel empfehlenswert
