Lovely hotel right in the heart of Stalis. Perfect for quick access to the beach and a 35 minute walk to Oooh Ahhh Malia. Our third stay at the hotel and would definitely return. Staff are ,almost all, friendly and helpful. Room 133 was great. The girls from the Spa, where you pick up your pool towels, are all fantastic.

An absolutely amazing stay! This is a stunning hotel where everything is kept to the highest standard. The staff are true professionals, and the food and drinks are a total "wow"—both in terms of quality and beautiful presentation. Cleanliness here is flawless, literally down to the very last millimeter! I also loved the wonderful entertainment and the perfectly landscaped, well-kept grounds. The location is perfect: the sea is just a 2-minute walk across the road. Plus, right behind the hotel, there’s a long promenade lined with shops and bars, so there is always a great place to go for a stroll. I will definitely be coming back here!

A taste of luxury without the luxury price tag

I was very impressed with my stay. The facilities (hotel, gym & spa) were exceptional & there was plenty of variety at breakfast and lunch (i didn’t sample the food options in the evening). The staff were very friendly & couldn't be more helpful. The pool was always clean but despite the pictures on the website it's difficult to do full lengths & is more of a cool down type of pool. There is frequent themed nights & whilst I was there there was traditional Greek dancing & singers on. The only thing I could fault was the mattress was very hard so took me a few nights to get used to it & get a good night's sleep. I also used the voucher for the a la carte restaurant within the hotel called Elia. The 6 course meal was absolute perfection & the menu contained some of the best food I have ever eaten so you must visit there if you stay. Very luxurious, well worth the money.

The private pool in our room was phenomenal, yet the towel services for the resort were obscure. Also, the large resort pool chairs were always “held” by patrons who never removed their towels which was frustrating as someone who came in after them.
