The stay we had at Atlantica Caldera Palace was amazing. The hotel itself was not far from paradise!! The staff were great and there were lots of places around the hotel complex to relax. There rooms were spotless and cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. We would definitely return.

Just completed a weeks stay at the Atlantica Caldera Palace, our first all inclusive. Very much a fly and flop holiday (so no excursions / exploring). During our stay we had a very enjoyable time. Visited for my wife’s birthday and had a great experience, the staff was kind and helpful, and added to the fun. The amenities were awesome, on my wife’s birthday the hotel made a great gesture sending her a cake with some certificates to the on site spa and discounts at the on site jewelry store a very sweet and kind gesture that made her birthday all that more special. After a short notice booking we were worried that we might have made a hasty decision when choosing this resort. The moment that we arrived those fears disappeared. Absolutely fantastic property.
