If you are planning a trip to Crete, you MUST stay at this place. Everyone is amazing and makes you feel at home. AMAZING property with a lot of things to do. Manager Maria was so helpful with our room request to have a better space for our babys crib. We stayed one week and could have stayed there for longer. Wife and I are in awe on how beautiful and amazing the experience, the people, food, and everything was.

The property was amazing! The only bummer is the pools are unheated and is a bummer as you cant swim in the water or pools this time of year. I would wish they could at least heat the kid pool.

We were late getting in but the driver remained until we made it. The hotel was a short drive from the airport. We received a nice greeting from the staff. Check in was personalized and speedy. They presented some snacks and beverages were available. We were escorted to our room, which overlooked an Infinity water feature, a beautiful view of the sea and it was CLEAN. Dinner and Breakfast provided a wonderful variety of Greek dishes. A/C was available but the Sea breeze kept us very comfortable thru the night.
