A vacation apartment in the attic, featuring many beautiful details and furnished with care. A large, floor-to-ceiling balcony window lets in plenty of light, and from a small loft, you can spend hours enjoying the colors of the sky while reading or listening to music.<br>The house is located on a pedestrian-only street, about a 300-meter walk from a small swimming cove on Lake Ammersee. The nearby Rieder Forest is about 100 meters away. Our vacation rental is the perfect starting point for all kinds of activities, such as water sports, fishing, bike rides, or hikes. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of restaurants, shopping options, and public transportation to Starnberg, Munich, and Weilheim.<br>A hike through the Kiental Valley to Andechs Monastery or a day trip to Garmisch are both easily accessible from here.

FeWo genau wie beschrieben & auf den Bildern zu sehen - einfach schön (für Kids ist die Empore natürlich toll), sauber und mit Balkon, von dem man zwar nicht den See sieht, aber bestückt mit Tisch, Stühle & Couch ein Ort zum Genießen. Das Bett war ebenfalls bequem, das Bad macht noch einen neuwertigen Eindruck und ist schön sauber. Falls man mal Bedarf hat findet man im Schrank vor der Wohnung kostenlose Reinigungssachen und zusätzliche Handtücher. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett & zurückhaltend. Fahrräder durften wir in der Garage mit abstellen (vielen Dank). Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Spielstraße & man hat einen eigenen Eingang. Auch schön ist der Parkplatz direkt vor'm Haus und der Weg zum See ist nur ein Katzensprung. Das nahe gelegene und gut erreichbare Herrsching hat viel zu bieten (Promenade, Restaurants, schöne Läden, zich Badestellen und, und, und). Ein super Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten rund um diesen schönen See. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren 8 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung, alles war super. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus, abschließbare Garage für unsere e-bikes. Und natürlich sehr nette Vermieter. Die Wohnung mit Balkon ist sehr gemütlich und war tip top sauber. Absolute Weiterempfehlung....

Wir haben eine tolle Unterkunft vorgefunden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Sehr gemütliche und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Frank, der Vermieter, war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Unser Aufenthalt hätte perfekter nicht sein können. Ein herzliches Dankeschön!

Sehr schöne Dachgeschosswohnung mit eigenem Zugang über Safebox. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles, wie beschrieben. Vom Haus aus viele Wandermöglichkeiten. Eine Wanderapp ist zu empfehlen, da kaum ausgeschildert.

Es ist eine sehr gemütliche und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, das merkt man an vielen Details. Ein kleines Refugium!Der Kontakt zu Melanie war sehr freundlich und umkompliziert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super für alle möglichen Aktivitäten. Ich kann sie sehr empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet.Balkon,Wannenbad und einer Hochetage machen diese Ferienwohnung besonders. Die Küche bietet alles was man zum Kochen braucht inklusive einer Grundausstattung von Essig, Öl, Gewürze, sowie Kaffee und Tee. Besonders haben wir uns über die Espressokanne gefreut, denn in Herrsching gibt es. eine hervorragende Kaffeerösterei.

Die Dachwohnung ist toll. Check in und Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls super. Man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß am Ammersee und ist auch öffentlich gut angebunden. Wenn man allzu groß ist, sind aufgrund der Dachschrägen ein paar Einschränkungen möglich, z.B. ist Duschen im Stehen nicht möglich - dafür kann man dann aber in der Badewanne ein Bad nehmen.

Sehr schöne Fewo mit Balkon.Modern und Alt gemischt, sehr harmonisch.Küche komplett eingerichtet, WC/Bad geräumig, allerdings Dusche durch Dachschräge etwas unbequem zu nutzen.Bequemes Doppelbett, im Dachspitz gemütliche Leseecke.Man muss etliche Treppen vom Eingang zur Wohnung hoch gehen, ist aber normalerweise kein Problem.Möglichkeit, die Garage für Fahrräder mitzubenutzen.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker leider nicht in Gehentfernung erreichbar.Rundum können wir die Fewo sehr weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung, genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Betten bequem. Lediglich das Duschen unter der Dachschräge ist etwas hinderlich, aber das wird ja im Inserat beschrieben. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge und Spaziergänge.

Wir hatten einen herrlichen Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Wohnung. Gerade das sehr regnerische Wetter hat uns dazu gezwungen, uns viel in der Wohnung aufzuhalten, aber die sehr liebevolle hochwertige Einrichtung, die überdurchschnittliche Ausstattung (wir haben gar nichts vermisst) und die ruhige Lage haben es uns sehr leicht gemacht!Sollte noch einmal eine Renovierung anstehen, wäre der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag von uns, die Position der Dusche mit dem WC zu tauschen, damit für Personen über 180cm auch das stehende Duschen möglich wird.Das ist jedoch Jammern auf ganz hohem Niveau.Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen,vielen Dank für alles!

...das Check in war problemlos, die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und zu jeder Zeit möglich. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht, sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet und auf dem Balkon kann jeder laue Sommerabend perfekt ausklingen. Der See ist fußläufig erreichbar und wunderschön... auch eine Umrundung per Pedes ist ein Abenteuer.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, Lage ist super vor allem mit Hund, gleich hinten am Wald, nur 5 Minuten zum See. Die Betten bzw Matratzen gut, schöne Wohnung, Fliegengitter an Balkontür und im Bad! Gute Kommunikation. Check in hat super geklappt. Leider war das Wetter bei uns nicht so gut aber dafür kann niemand etwas.

Sehr schöne Wohnung - dicht zum Ammersee

Den Aufenthalt haben wir sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Lediglich das Sofa ist für einen gemütlichen Abend wenig geeignet, hier wäre ein Austausch sehr schön. Nach Herrsching an die Promenade und zur Gastronomie bieten sich Bus, Fahrrad oder Auto an, zu Fuß ist es doch recht weit. Zum See jedoch nicht, wer nur ans Wasser möchte, ist schnell zu Fuß dort. Auch ein Tagesausflug nach München ist mit dem Auto kein Problem.
