A quiet vacation rental surrounded by woods and meadows in the area known as the “Weinberg.” Yet it’s centrally located—30 km from Nuremberg, 15 km from Erlangen, 20 km from Bamberg, and just 6 km from Forchheim, home to its historic old town, the Imperial Palace, and the Kellerwald, where the legendary Annafest is held.
This cozy and lovingly furnished 3-4-room vacation rental is located on the first floor and upper floor of our single-family home, featuring a separate entrance, a terrace/unheated sunroom, a hallway, and a bathroom with a shower, tub, toilet, and bidet.
In the living-dining-kitchen area, you’ll find everything you need. This includes a dishwasher, TV, stereo system, and much more. Each bedroom has a double bed and a closet, and one of the bedrooms also has a TV.
Make yourself comfortable in this apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine.

Sehr gemütliche, saubere Wohnung. Alles da was man braucht.Im gemütlichen Wintergarten kann man auch bei kühleren Temperaturen gut verweilen.Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Bamberg oder Nürnberg. Freundlicher, jeder Zeit erreichbarer Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für Bier und Eier!!!

Wir waren Premierengäste im Ferienhaus Lauger. Die Ferienwohnung erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen, ist top ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Sehr saubere küche und Bad. Die Betreuung des Eigentümers war sehr angenehm und sympathisch. Wir kommen gern wieder und wünschen dem Ferienhaus Lauger viele zufrieden Gäste.
