SUMMARY:
Our early 1900s Rustic Farmhouse offers 3-Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and the ability to accommodate large groups with a total of 9 beds (1 King / 6 Queens / 2 Twins). Featuring a full-service kitchen with cookware and utensils, living room with 55-in smart TV already connected to our free, secure Wi-Fi, make-up area on the upper level, washer and dryer in the entryway area, front porch, and large private back patio covered for all-year-round entertaining.

SPACE:
You will love staying at our quietly located farmhouse -after a long day exploring Hermann it is very enjoyable to sit out on the covered back patio sipping our local wines, having some snacks & chatting around the firepit or grilling away with the gas grill available to you. You may also see our free-ranging chickens out and about during the day and are welcome to feed them or pet them, but please do not chase them. You are welcome to the backyard, as well, where a year-round, all-weather creek flows!

ACCESS:
There are plenty of off-street private parking for up to 5 vehicles designated for Farmhouse guests. Park your cars for the weekend and let the local transportation service pick you up and drop off right in the driveway! There are also sidewalks available from the property to the parks (within .3 miles) and downtown areas (1 mile); nighttime transportation is available from a local taxi service associate.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop.
