Here you will appreciate the exterior character of this old traditional farm with wooden cladding, the functional layout of the premises, the brightness of the rooms as well as the covered outdoor terrace. On site, the owner's small hotel restaurant will allow you to discover a rich and generous local gastronomy. Easy to access with the A63 motorway 500m away, you can easily travel to the beaches, the Basque Country or even Spain. A nice address to discover in all seasons. This old sheepfold has been completely renovated and divided into 2 adjoining gîtes. This rental, on one level, is arranged as follows: - a living room with lounge (TV, WIFI), dining area and equipped kitchenette (fridge, 4 ceramic hobs, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, extractor hood), - two bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 and 1 bed 140x190), - a bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (Italian shower and toilet). A private covered terrace with garden furniture and electric plancha extends the interior living space. For your comfort, water, electricity and heating charges are included in the price. Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair and bathtub) can be provided on request.
