The 85-square-meter "Anne" vacation apartment is located on the first floor and is colorfully and lovingly decorated. It features a furnished balcony facing the garden (south-facing). The apartment is divided into a living room and two bedrooms (one of which—with a double bed—serves as a walk-through room to the second bedroom, which has a roll-away bed), a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The apartment features a wood-burning stove to keep it cozy even in the fall and winter.



The villa is located in a quiet area just about 400 m from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck and features two separate vacation apartments, each accommodating 2 to 4 people, as well as an apartment in the villa’s outbuilding that sleeps up to three people. You’ll find a supermarket and a bakery right nearby, and numerous restaurants and cafés are just a few minutes’ walk away. Parking spaces are available in front of the property.

Toller Sommerurlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt mit 14 Tägigen Traumwetter . Die Wohnung ist schön ruhig gelegen und zum Strand läuft man ca. 5 min . Nebenan ist ein Bäcker ,unbedingt ausprobieren, waren Hammer- Brötchen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht . Lediglich die Grundreinigung hätte besser seien können. Auf den ersten Blick in Ordnung, auf den zweiten verbesserungswürdig. Wir würden immer wieder diese Wohnung buchen und auch weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten das große Glück, dass das Wetter wirklich 14 Tage traumhaft schön war und sind super erholt angereist.Falls man Problem hat ist die Agentur fußläufig in 4 min zu erreichen.Wir sagen herzlich " Danke" . Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohlg Kl

Wohnung war ok!

Die Wohnung an sich ist schön gewesen, auch der Weg zum Strand war ok. Man läuft nur 5 Minuten. Es wäre nur schön gewesen, wenn ein Staubsauger da gewesen wäre. Vor den Fenstern waren auch keine Fliegengitter, was sehr hilfreich gewesen wäre und der Teppich im Wohnzimmer müsste mal gereinigt werden.
