Because when you open the windows or step out onto the sunny south-facing terrace, you can hear the nearby Baltic Sea. Its gentle waves will carry your dreams away as you sleep at night, snuggled up in one of the two bedrooms in a box-spring double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). The bedrooms are also equipped with a flat-screen TV and a large closet in each. The centerpiece of this stylish apartment, however, is the spacious living-dining room. Industrial chic and modern design go hand in hand. The tall, floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of light. The wonderfully cozy atmosphere, complete with an electric fireplace, invites you to relax and unwind.
