The 40-km-long sandy beach and the promenade are only about 100 m away. Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find small shops and cafes perfect for strolling and relaxing.

The comfort and amenities of this bright and welcoming vacation apartment (completely renovated in early 2024), complete with a balcony, invite you to enjoy a relaxing vacation.
It is located on the first floor of the villa and features a modern living room, a fully equipped modern kitchenette with an induction cooktop, microwave, exhaust hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, oven, dishwasher, as well as a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, and iron. gemütliche Fewo in ruhigem Wohnareal.

Ideale Lage: 100 m ins Zentrum, 200 m zum Strand. Es ist kein Nachteil, dass sich die Fewo nicht in der Villa, sondern im Anbau befindet. Interessenten sollten das im Interesse der Klarheit vielleicht aber wissen.
