The villa beach oasis is a new building in 2005. It is located right on the beach between Heringsdorf and Bansin in the famous Maxim Gorki Street. Many apartments the beach oasis have a great lake view. Each apartment has an allocated parking space at the house, a bicycle storage room is also available. The apartment on the 1st floor has the living room and the bedroom lake view, a sunny balcony, TV, bathroom with shower, living-dining room with kitchenette, dishwasher, to the water 50m, to the center after Heringsdorf 15 min, as well to Bansin to the center.

Für uns war die Lage des Objekts perfekt, da wir mit Hund so direkt am Eingang des Hundestrands waren. Die Strandpromenade zwischen Bansin und Heringsdorf ist direkt vor der Tür, nach Bansin ca. 5 min zu Fuß. Perfekt
