Apartment No. 7, located on the second floor of Villa Strandgrün, offers 87 square meters of space—plenty for four adults and a toddler (up to 2 years old in a travel crib). Light sand-colored tones give you a glimpse of the fine sandy beach. Just 100 meters away, the Baltic Sea washes its waves onto the fine sand. The cozy sofa area is a wonderful place to relax—whether you’re watching the large flat-screen TV or gazing at the rustic flames in the fireplace. Stylish designer furniture adds a chic touch to the interior. A beautiful, large solid-wood table is complemented by four modern chairs. From the living room, a sliding door leads out to the large and sunny southwest-facing balcony. It is furnished with a teak table, four designer chairs, and a sun lounger, and offers a beautiful view. On the second balcony, facing northeast, you can hear the sound of the sea. The high-quality, modern kitchen is fully equipped. Two bedrooms with double box-spring beds (1 x 2.00/1.80 m and 1 x 2.00/1.60 m), each with its own flat-screen TV, ensure peaceful nights and pleasant dreams. The desk nook in one of the bedrooms is perfect for checking emails or relaxing with a book. Your dream of a truly relaxing getaway also comes true here, as one of the two bathrooms features a Finnish sauna. Otherwise, each bathroom features a shower with a rain shower system, a vanity with a cabinet, a toilet, and ample storage space with large mirrors. A washer-dryer combo is also available for your use. Two parking spaces are reserved for the apartment in the underground garage. You can store bicycles in a separate storage room that belongs to the apartment. For a day at the beach, a beach chair is available free of charge from May through the end of September (weather permitting). A vacation at Villa Strandgrün also includes towels and made-up beds. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

There is one parking space in the underground garage for each apartment. In addition, each apartment has its own mailbox on the building.
