This generously sized vacation home is located on the third floor of the building and offers ample space for up to four people across 80 square meters of living area. The apartment has been tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. It features a spacious living room with an open kitchenette. From here, you can also access the sunny southwest-facing balcony, which offers a magnificent view and plenty of sunshine.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. You can reach a second bedroom via an internal staircase leading to the attic. Here, the two single beds provide space for two additional guests.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, heated towel rack, and a shower.

The building features an elevator, a bicycle storage room, a washing machine, and a dryer. An underground parking space (entry height: 1.95 meters) is included with the apartment. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
