The separate living area with comfortable seating is located in the closed, glazed porch, from which you have direct access to the large garden area and the terrace. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The apartment has a private beach chair on the beach access right in front of the Villa Germania, which you can use free of charge from May to September. A parking space is available on the property free of charge and your bicycles can also be accommodated on the property in a separate storage room.
