Die Wohnung Nr. 7 in der schönen Villa ist für zwei Personen ausreichend groß und der Wintergarten..

Die Wohnung Nr. 7 in der schönen Villa ist für zwei Personen ausreichend groß und der Wintergarten (Eßbereich) war unser Lieblingsplatz. Zudem liegt das Gebäude direkt im Fußgängerbereich nahe der kilometerlangen Uferpromenade und nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt in zweiter Reihe. Aus dem direkt darunter liegenden italienischen Restaurant haben wir weder eine Lärmbelästung noch eine Geruchsbelästigung wahrgenommen. Auch kann man dort gut Speisen. Insgesamt ein sehr erholsamer und schöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank dafür.

Diese Villa Frohsinn 7 liegt direkt am Strand. Geschäfte, Bäcker und etliche Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Veranda läd morgens zum Frühstücken ein bei aufgehender Sonne. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß mit Einbauküche und allen Utensilien die man braucht. Ein seperates Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett und kleinem Südbalkon bringen ruhigen Abend. Die gesamte Ferienwohnung ist sauber und gemütlich, wie auch das Bad mit Dusche. Direkt vor dem Haus ist die Bushaltestelle. Kein schweres Kofferschleppen bis zur Servicestelle zur Schlüsselabgabe. Alles in allem eine wunderschöne Unterkunft auch für Paare mit Kind.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die sehr zentral gelegen ist. Es sind nur wenige Schritte zum Strand, zum Bäcker und zu REWE ist auch in der Nähe. In der relativ großen Veranda kann man sowohl sehr gut seine Mahlzeiten zu sich nehmen als auch gemütlich sitzen.

Anlässlich meines 70. Geburtstages habe ich 3 Ferienwohnungen in der "Villa Frieda" und eine Ferienwohnung in der "Villa Frohsinn" gebucht und eine wunderschöne Woche im herrlichen Bansin verbringen können. Die Villen befinden sich in der 2. Reihe zum Strand. Ideal für Sonnenanbeter. Bäcker, Gaststätten und Supermärkte sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Der Schlüsselempfang und Abgabe verlief reibungslos, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist vorbildlich. Hierfür ein besonderes Dankeschön. Die verschiedenen Ferienwohnungen sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die integrierte Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Bad, Dusche und WC sind sauber und die gesamte Wohnung einladend aufgeräumt. Parkplätze in der Villa Frieda sind vorhanden und gut ausgeschildert. Alles in allem die" Villa Frieda " zählt als "Geheimtipp"
