Welcome to our 4-star-certified CLARA vacation apartment on the sunny island of Usedom, between the piers of Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf. Look forward to a beautiful, quiet apartment in Villa Bismarckshöhe, a historic guesthouse dating back to the Imperial era.

Our spacious, bright duplex vacation apartment offers 56 m² of living space, ideal for 2 people, and can be expanded to accommodate 2 additional guests upon request. It is located in an annex with a separate entrance. The apartment includes a garden area and a terrace with seating for relaxing under a vine-covered pergola. You’re just a 2-minute walk from the beautiful white-sand Baltic Sea beach, which invites you to take long walks and enjoy a refreshing swim in the sea.

In the sunroom, which overlooks the garden, you’ll find a dining area that opens onto the spacious living area. Flexibility is ensured by the sleeping arrangements, which include a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) in the upstairs bedroom and a sleeper sofa (140 x 200 cm) in the living room. Adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The separate open kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your own meals during your stay.

Enjoy the amenities of our home, which is surrounded by mature trees and a lovingly landscaped courtyard. A barbecue area invites you to enjoy convivial evenings outdoors, while on-site parking spaces (240 cm wide) and a lockable bike storage room ensure your mobility and security. Please note that due to space limitations, very large bicycles (height >121 cm or weight >30 kg) cannot be stored in the bicycle storage room. There is no space available for parking large vehicles, such as full-size sedans or RVs (longer than 470 cm and wider than 190 cm).
We’re now also pleased to offer the option to charge your electric car on our property using our in-house wallbox. Please register in advance to use this service. You will be billed for the kWh used; please bring your own charging cable.
A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available to all guests.
