This cozy 3-room attic vacation apartment offers 70 m² of space for up to 4 people and one toddler up to 3 years old. The bright living area, with a comfortable seating area and TV, is perfect for relaxing. Adjacent to the living area is the sunroom, from which you can enjoy the ocean view. The kitchenette with dining area is fully equipped and perfect for sharing meals together. Two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—ensure restful nights. The bathroom features a shower and toilet. For our younger guests, a travel crib (without mattress or bedding) and a high chair are available upon request for an additional fee. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the house. A parking space is located right next to the house. Upon arrival, the beds will already be made, and an initial supply of towels will be waiting for you—so your vacation can begin in a completely relaxed manner.
