The sea is right at your fingertips! From our new vacation apartment No. 12 on the 2nd floor of Villa Anna, you can see the Baltic Sea from every window—a view of the sea as far as the eye can see. This modern two-room apartment (48 square meters, accommodating 2 adults and a toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib) was skillfully designed by an interior designer and guarantees a relaxing vacation right on the waterfront. The bright living area with a seating area and flat-screen TV is complemented by the open kitchen with a lovely dining area. From here, you also have access to the balcony with a stunning ocean view—perfect for breakfast in the morning sun (north-facing). The bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) for restful nights, and when you wake up, you’ll immediately see the Baltic Sea. A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the apartment. For your convenience, the beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided (initial supply). Upon request, we can provide a travel crib (without an additional mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair (for an extra charge) for our younger guests. A parking space in the double garage (max. clearance height 1.50 m / width: 1.90 m / max. length 5 m / 2,000 kg) is available at the house. The Wi-Fi network in the house can be used free of charge.

The beautiful two-room apartments have been styled and refurnished by interior designers. A parking space in the double parking garage (max. clearance height 1.50 m / width: 1.90 m / max. length 5 m / 2,000 kg) is available at the building.
