From the large, light-filled living room, you can step right out into the Usedom sunshine. A south-facing balcony invites you to soak up the sun to your heart’s content. Here, you can also enjoy a cozy meal and spend time together. On cooler days, the beautiful dining table in the open-concept kitchen-dining area is the perfect spot. It’s fully equipped with all the appliances you need for cooking, baking, and preparing delicious meals—including exquisite tableware. The comfortable vintage seating area is a wonderful place to relax. The large flat-screen TV or the radio with CD player provide entertainment. Apartment 12 has two bedrooms that can accommodate up to four people. Two[nbsp][nbsp]box-spring double beds are perfect for more than just sleeping. Enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding villa district with its lush greenery. The Baltic Sea—just a stone’s throw away—gently laps against the shore on some days, lulling you into your dreams. A travel crib for children (without an additional mattress [&] bedding) can be provided. We can also provide a high chair for an additional fee. The bathroom, tiled with elegant marble, features a shower, a sink, and a toilet. There is a parking space for your car at the house. The Wi-Fi network in the house is available free of charge. Upon your arrival, we will have your beds made and towels laid out for you.
