The Authors' House, Apartment 07, Heinrich Böll

On the first floor of the Autorenhaus, you’ll find the modern, two-room Heinrich Böll vacation apartment, which was designed by an interior designer. It features expertly chosen furnishings, tasteful decorations, and casual elegance. - Come on in and make yourself at home! The bright, light-filled living room with a wood-burning stove opens onto a spacious, wraparound south-facing balcony. Here you can enjoy the Usedom sun well into the evening. The open kitchen is, of course, fully equipped and features a dining area. The cozy bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m) accommodates 2 adults and also features a flat-screen TV. One child (up to 13 years old) can use the sleeper sofa in the living area. The apartment is complemented by a modern bathroom with a shower. Upon request, we can provide a travel crib (without an additional mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair (for an extra charge) for our younger guests. For your convenience, the beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A washer and dryer are available in the basement of the house for a fee.

Formerly known as Wilhemshöh, this house was one of the first guesthouses in the area as early as the turn of the century. With its luxurious elegance in the style of classic seaside resort architecture, its prime location, and its exceptionally comfortable apartments, it will live up to this reputation and once again become one of the most prestigious properties in the imperial spa town. Located just about 50 meters from the white sandy beach and only about 250 meters from the historic pier—the landmark of Ahlbeck—the Autorenhaus enjoys a very quiet yet central location. Each vacation apartment has a designated parking space. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s basement for a fee.
