Bright, spacious, and modern—Apartment 17 on the 2nd floor offers 85 square meters of relaxed and stylish living comfort for four people and a toddler in a travel crib. Your dog will love this beautiful vacation home, too—because here, he’s welcome to join you on vacation. The spacious, open-concept living-dining room is a true haven of comfort, featuring a beautiful whitewashed wooden table, a real wood-burning stove, and a cozy sofa set. The large table has room for everyone to enjoy meals together. The same goes for the red leather couch and armchairs. Enjoy unforgettable moments together. A flat-screen TV with a DVD player provides top-notch home theater entertainment. The open-concept kitchen is state-of-the-art and equipped with high-end appliances, such as a cooking island with a Bora range hood. Dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, washer-dryer, dishes—everything is there. From the living room, you have access to a balcony (8 square meters) with patio furniture. There’s nothing better than enjoying breakfast outdoors during your summer vacation. The apartment has two bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, a sideboard, and a closet. Adjacent to this room is the master bathroom, featuring a walk-in, very spacious shower, a double sink, and a toilet. The second bedroom has a fold-out sofa bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), as well as a flat-screen TV, a dresser, and a closet for your vacation wardrobe. The second bedroom has its own small balcony (4 square meters). A separate guest restroom ensures there’s no crowding when nature calls. Towels are provided for you, and the beds are made upon arrival. Upon request, we can provide a travel crib (without an additional mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair (for an extra charge) for our younger guests. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.


The Residenzen am Kulm—Villa Dorian [&] Villa Evi—were newly built in 2015 and are situated on a hill on the Kulm in the heart of the seaside resort of Heringsdorf, on Kavaliersweg. Here you’ll find apartments for 2 to 6 people. Parking spaces are available on-site for each apartment. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
