This spacious 104-square-meter ground-floor (or garden-level) apartment at Villa Evi offers plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 toddlers (up to 3 years old in a travel crib). The bright living-dining area welcomes you with an open layout and features a cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV and a fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area invites you to cook together and relax. A separate reading nook is also perfect for reading. From the living area, you also have access to the approximately 20-square-meter south-facing terrace with garden furniture and a beach chair, from which you can enjoy the view of the park. The apartment also features two bedrooms, both furnished with comfortable box-spring beds. The first bedroom also provides access to the master bathroom, which is equipped with an infrared sauna (free of charge), a shower, a bathtub, and a toilet. The second bedroom also has its own bathroom with a toilet, shower, and sink. A parking space right next to the house is available to you free of charge, as is the in-house Wi-Fi. For your convenience, the beds will be made upon your arrival, and towels will be provided as a starter kit.


The Residenzen am Kulm—Villa Dorian [&] Villa Evi—were newly built in 2015 and are located on a hill on the Kulm in the heart of the seaside resort of Heringsdorf, on Kavaliersweg. Here you’ll find apartments for 2 to 6 people. Parking spaces are available next to the building for each apartment. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
