Since the apartment is located on the first floor, it has access to a sun terrace—reserved exclusively for you and attached to the apartment—complete with a beach chair and patio furniture. Nestled among the greenery and surrounded by beautiful seaside villas, you can enjoy a relaxing time here while dining or sunbathing. The living room of this two-room apartment is furnished in a modern and elegant style with select designer furniture. The Cassina couch, based on the famous design by Le Corbusier, as well as the shell-shaped rocking chair, are perfect for unwinding and lounging. A large flat-screen TV (50 inches) provides entertainment. On cool island days, the wood-burning stove warms the room and creates a cozy and romantic atmosphere.
