Our new penthouse apartment (3 rooms, 90 square meters) has been designed for you with the utmost taste and attention to detail by interior designers. The elegant color scheme in shades of gray harmonizes perfectly with the rustic stone walls and the fine oak flooring. The furnishings were chosen with precision: nothing is excessive, yet nothing is lacking, and the space is perfectly highlighted by numerous designer light fixtures. The elevator takes you directly to your home, which can accommodate up to 4 people and a toddler (up to 3 years old in a travel crib). Your impressive luxury kitchen, featuring Smeg appliances, blends seamlessly into the spacious living and dining area, and the many windows create a light-filled, cozy atmosphere. The cozy seating area, flanked by a flat-screen TV and a beautiful fireplace, along with the wonderful dining area, invite you to spend time together. Both bedrooms are equipped with modern box-spring double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m), comfortable built-in furniture, and a flat-screen TV. The apartment is complemented by two stylish bathrooms, one of which features a sauna—a special highlight not just during the colder months. The outdoor areas are lovely as well, with two sunny rooftop terraces (accessible from the living area for morning sun and from the two bedrooms for evening sun) featuring seating areas and lounge furniture, as well as two small balconies (accessible from the kitchen and the bathroom) that offer a nice change of scenery. From here, you have a wonderful view of the seaside resort and a side view of the sea over the rooftops. For your comfort, the beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided.
