The spacious living room features a comfortable seating area, a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player, and a real wood fireplace. One of them even has a Finnish sauna. We offer parking space number 11 in the underground garage for your car. Upon arrival, towels will be provided and the beds will be made. ***Construction Work in the Neighborhood***
Please note that renovation work on a historic villa at a neighboring property at the rear on Kurstraße is expected to begin around 10.08.2026. In particular, demolition, roofing, and facade work is planned through the end of the year. During the winter months, work is expected to continue primarily indoors. The renovation is currently scheduled for completion in the summer of 2027. No construction work will take place during the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. We ask for your understanding that there may be occasional disturbances due to noise or construction site traffic during the work.
