The “Neue Villa Ernst,” completed in 2009, is located on the park-like grounds of the “Villa Ernst,” which was built in 1908 and has since been lovingly restored.
The property offers direct access to the promenade.
The beach is just 20 meters away, so you can easily walk there in your bathrobe. On the other side of the Neue Villa Ernst lies the idyllic Schloonsee. One small parking space per apartment is available. Supermarkets are located approximately 300 m and 1 km away.
Restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity as well as throughout the lakeside resort. A bus stop is right in front of the house. 



Neue Ernst 02:

This NON-SMOKING vacation rental is located on the first floor of the Neue Villa Ernst and measures approximately 45 square meters. It consists of a bedroom, a living/dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a hallway. All windows are equipped with blinds.

The south/west-facing terrace leads directly to the garden with mature trees. A travel crib and a high chair are available free of charge.

The living/dining area features a TV and a stereo system. The terrace is furnished with seating and offers a view of Schloonsee. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m wide), a closet, a bench, and a valet stand.

The fully equipped kitchen features a 4-burner gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.

You’ll find a coat rack and a closet in the hallway. The apartment features tile floors and underfloor heating in all rooms. The windows are also equipped with blinds for blackout.

Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. This way, you can stay up to date or share your vacation photos with loved ones back home. One set of rental bed linens and towels per person is included, and pets are welcome (max. 1 dog).
