Small but charming and very cozy under the roof—this bright, welcoming vacation apartment on the top floor of the villa measures 45 square meters. Due to the building’s structure, taller guests will need to duck their heads briefly in the hallway area because the original ceiling beams in the attic have been preserved. Modern, comfortable, and tastefully furnished, it offers a cozy space for two adults and a toddler (up to 3 years old). The apartment features a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upon request, we provide a travel crib (without an additional mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair (for an extra charge) for our little guests.

This gorgeous old villa, located right behind the dunes in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf, was completely renovated in 2006 and now shines once again in its new-old splendor! Surrounded by historic villas, you’ll spend your vacation here on the island of Usedom, right near the beach. For your convenience, a parking space is available at the villa. On the property, there is a sauna house that can be used for a fee, as well as a laundry room with a coin-operated washer and dryer. The house also features free Wi-Fi.
