Apartment 15, which measures 40 m², faces south/west and is located on the 1st floor, overlooking the building’s inner courtyard. It is comfortably yet modernly furnished and features a spacious living area with a dining area and kitchenette, a balcony, a bedroom (double bed), and a bathroom with a shower. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. A garage parking space—from which you can take the elevator to the apartment—and free Wi-Fi are available.

Centrally located and close to the beach, the Miramar building is situated directly across from the famous Ahlbeck pier. The town center is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Guests can use a wide range of additional amenities in the building, such as a sauna, solarium, and whirlpool (for a fee). A washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are also available. These operate with coins, which you can purchase from the property management office or the caretaker.

We are partners with UsedomRad, the only one-way bike rental service on the island. Rent a bike (for a fee) from our office and explore the beautiful and diverse “Sun Island” of Usedom independently and flexibly.

Wir waren bereits das dritte Mal in diesem Hause, zweimal im App. 15. Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Der Fahrradraum könnte mittlerweile größer sein, da doch immer mehr Gäste Räder mitbringen. Da die Räumlichkeiten das wohl nicht hergeben, muss man damit klarkommen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Objekt hat eine zentrale Lage,Geschäfte und Gaststätten in unmittelbarer Nähe,alles gut erreichbar.Der Fahradraum ist viel zu klein und leider ohne Lademöglichkeit für E-Bikes.Wohnung durch Innenhoflage sehr ruhig. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub.

Alles bestens. Frau Hennig hat anstehende Fragen schnellstmöglich und sehr kompetent beantwortet. Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung weiter und kommen auch gerne wieder. Einzig die Türklinke der Badezimmertür wäre fest zu schrauben. Danke für den Service und den schönen Aufenthalt .
