The “Strand-Park” offers direct access to the Heringsdorf beach promenade. The 57-square-meter Upstalsboom 3-room penthouse apartment, ussp231, is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children looking to spend a wonderful vacation on the Baltic Sea.

Location
This southwest-facing apartment is located on the third floor—the top floor—of Building 2 in the popular “Strand-Park” vacation complex, nestled amid lovingly maintained green spaces and situated right next to the promenade and the fine-sand beach of Heringsdorf.

Amenities
The bright and sunny non-smoking vacation apartment with a shower features free Wi-Fi and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a children’s room with two single beds, and a living area with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a hi-fi system.
This cozy apartment offers a fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, ceramic cooktop with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.
Upon request, we can provide a crib and a high chair for a fee. Please note the characteristic sloped ceilings of the attic apartment. The children’s bedroom has a lower ceiling height, and the entrance has a height of 1.40 m.

Special Features
The Strand-Park has its own sauna area with a sauna and an infrared sauna. The sauna area is available to you daily starting at 5:00 PM free of charge. Bathrobes are available for rent at the service office for a fee.

Die Wohnung war wirklich toll und hochwertig ausgestattet. Besonders waren wir von der liebevollen kinderfreundlichen Ergänzung mit kleinem Kindertisch und Kinderstühlen und den dekorativen Kuscheltieren auf den (Kinder-) Betten, sowie den praktischen Kinderhocker fürs Bad begeistert. Wir hatten Spielzeug für unseren Enkel mitgebracht, aber das war völlig unnötig, da es hier eine große Kiste mit vielen Spielen für Groß und Klein gab. Prima war auch, das es gleich unmittelbar „um die Ecke“ die Möglichkeit gab täglich frische Brötchen zu kaufen.

Hier fühlt man sich wohl

Wir wurden sehr herzlich zum Check Inn empfangen, die Ferienwohnung war super, 2 Minuten bis zum Strand und Ruhe pur. Es war alles vorhanden und sauber. Die Betten waren sehr groß und sehr bequem ☺️ Hier kommen wir gerne wieder her. LG
