The 75 m² penthouse apartment offers the highest level of comfort and is easily accessible by elevator. Two cozy bedrooms with double beds (box spring bed 1.60 m x 2.00 m / double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m), a modern bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen leave nothing to be desired. The light-filled dining area in the glass tower creates a special atmosphere—here you can dine with a direct view of the waves. The spacious living area opens onto a balcony from which you can enjoy the view of Schloonsee and the sound of the sea. The apartment accommodates up to 4 people, plus a toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib. Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide a travel crib (without an additional mattress [&] bedding) as well as a high chair (for an extra charge). A designated parking space in the underground garage is available for your car.
