Design at its best: In the South Wing of the Dünenpalais, a stylish 3-room vacation apartment awaits you, accommodating up to 4 people (and 1 toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib). Hardwood floors in the living areas, floor-to-ceiling built-ins and doors, designer furniture, original artwork, and a thoughtfully designed lighting concept make this home something special. As soon as you enter, you’re greeted by the colorfully designed entryway with a large mirror and a modern bench. The light-filled, open-concept living area—featuring a comfortable leather couch, a large dining table, and an adjoining, cozy kitchen with plenty of counter space—is simply beautiful. On cool evenings and during the colder months, the remote-controlled gas fireplace provides cozy warmth. All rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, and you can use the Wi-Fi for free. The two cozy bedrooms feature box-spring double beds, spacious built-in closets, and blackout curtains. The comfortable bathroom features a large, floor-level glass shower with a rain showerhead and handheld shower, as well as plenty of storage space. All rooms provide access to the balconies. If you’re not in the mood for the beach, you can make yourself comfortable on the large, sunny southwest-facing balcony. The second spacious balcony is perfect for breakfast in the morning sun. For your convenience, the beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. (Upon request, we can provide a travel crib for children—without a mattress or bedding—and a high chair for an additional fee.) There is a parking space for your car in the underground garage with direct access to the elevator.


***Current Notice: Scaffolding will be erected on the rear building of the Dünenpalais from March 30 to 02.04.2027 in preparation for a planned facade renovation. The scaffolding is expected to be dismantled facade by facade between approximately May 15 and 21.05.2027. Minor restrictions may occur during this time. The balconies of the penthouse apartments 24, 25, and 26 will be unavailable during the work. While the scaffolding is being erected, the outdoor parking spaces may be temporarily unavailable during the day. Costs for alternative parking will be reimbursed. Please also note that scaffolding work is already taking place on the front building from March 18 to 25.03.2027. The dates listed are estimates and may change slightly as construction progresses.***


A modern building in a classic style has recently been completed: the Dünenpalais in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. Here, state-of-the-art living comfort is combined with a prime seaside location. The two newly built villas are connected by covered walkways and an elevator that also leads to the building’s underground parking garage (entry height 1.90 m), which also features a bicycle storage room. The spacious 2- and 3-room apartments, featuring sunny balconies and gas fireplaces (some also include a sauna and ocean views), have been beautifully furnished and offer all the amenities for a special vacation. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. In addition, each apartment has its own mailbox on the building.
