Modern and stylishly designed—welcome to Vacation Apartment 19 in the South Wing of the Dünenpalais. This spacious two-room apartment (60 square meters) for two adults and a toddler (up to age 3 in a travel crib) was designed by an interior designer and impresses not only with its tasteful furnishings but also with two special highlights. The apartment’s own small sauna is available for a fee of 2.00 EUR per hour. And the remote-controlled gas fireplace ensures cozy moments on the couch—not just during the winter months. The living area, featuring a seating area and an open kitchen with a large dining table, is complemented by a spacious bedroom with a double bed (and an additional TV) and a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. On two beautiful balconies with patio furniture (1 facing south, 1 facing west), you can enjoy the Usedom sun well into the evening hours. One parking space is available in front of the house. For your convenience, the beds are made upon arrival and a set of towels is provided. Upon request, we can provide a travel crib (without mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair for an additional fee.


***Current Notice: Scaffolding will be erected at the rear building of the Dünenpalais from March 30 to 02.04.2027 in preparation for a planned facade renovation. The scaffolding is expected to be dismantled facade by facade between approximately May 15 and 21.05.2027.. Minor inconveniences may occur during this time. The balconies of the attic apartments 24, 25, and 26 will be unavailable during the work. While the scaffolding is being erected, the outdoor parking spaces may be temporarily unavailable during the day. Costs for alternative parking will be reimbursed. Please also note that scaffolding work will already be taking place on the front building from March 18 to 25.03.2027. The dates listed are estimates and may change slightly as construction progresses.***

Wi-Fi is available free of charge. In addition, each apartment has its own mailbox on the building.
