Time to relax and time to feel at ease are redefined in these three rooms. Everything is perfectly coordinated, designed solely to enhance your getaway by the Baltic Sea. A large, open living room with a real wood-burning stove and a comfortable leather seating area, modern modular furniture, a large flat-screen TV, and a beautiful chrome-plated glass dining table with four shell chairs create a sense of lightness. The fully equipped kitchenette is perfect for cooking together. Matching designer tableware can be found in the cabinets. The 51-square-meter apartment features two identical bedrooms with comfortable double box-spring beds, flat-screen TVs, and large, spacious closets. Up to four people can relax here. The sun shines into both rooms first thing in the morning, gently waking you with its rays. Enjoy the start of the day on the balcony, which is accessible from both bedrooms. A second spacious south-facing balcony off the living room, complete with a dining table and sun loungers, invites you to soak up the sun and relax. You’ll find individually designed 2- and 3-room apartments with balconies, terraces, and high-quality amenities. An underground parking garage is available for both buildings, with one parking space per apartment. From this underground garage, you can access the elevator and the apartments in Building B (regardless of whether you arrive with or without a car). From there, you have access to Building A, which does not have an elevator. The upper-level apartments are accessible only by stairs. It is about a 400-meter walk to the beach and the promenade. The building’s washer and dryer are available for a fee. In addition, each apartment has its own mailbox on the building.
