The 61-square-meter vacation apartment, which you can easily reach by elevator, is the ideal oasis of calm for a vacation on the Baltic Sea. The motto of your home fits perfectly: Treat yourself to a moment of peace and pay attention to what brings you joy. Up to three people and one toddler (in a travel crib, bookable for an additional fee) can enjoy their stay here. Upon request, we can also provide a high chair in the apartment. The vacation home is bright and modernly furnished. Fresh colors, artwork, and accessories add a touch of style. The living room is spacious, offering plenty of room to snuggle on the sofa in front of the flickering flames of the gas fireplace or the large flat-screen TV. You can also enjoy the large south-facing balcony or relax while dining at the beautiful dining table. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and more. And since you’ll need dishes for a meal together, those are provided as well. You can access the large south-facing balcony (17 square meters) with a beach chair directly from the living room. Whether sunbathing on the lounge chairs or enjoying breakfast outdoors—the fresh Baltic Sea air invigorates both body and soul either way. The apartment has two bedrooms. One features a comfortable box-spring double bed, a valet stand for hanging your clothes, a spacious closet, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a pull-out sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m). This room also has a TV and a large closet. The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet. Towels are provided, and the beds are made upon arrival. Wi-Fi is free. A parking space is available in the underground garage.


Somewhat tucked away yet centrally located, this hillside residence—consisting of House A [&] House B—welcomes you. You’ll find individually designed 2- and 3-room apartments with balconies, terraces, and high-quality amenities. An underground parking garage is available for both buildings, with one parking space provided for each apartment. From this garage, you can access the elevator and the apartments in Building B (regardless of whether you arrive by car or on foot). From there, you have access to Building A, which does not have an elevator. The upper apartments can only be reached by stairs. It is approximately a 400-meter walk to the beach and the promenade. A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the building for a fee. In addition, each apartment has its own mailbox on the building.
