Not only does the spacious living room feature comfortable relaxation areas, but a 40-square-meter terrace doubles as a sun deck, and another balcony outside the bedroom ensures the best possible start to your day right after waking up. After all, the day starts off perfectly with fresh Baltic Sea air in your nose. The living room is so spacious that it even has room for a lovely dining table. The crackling flames in the wood-burning stove invite you to daydream on the sofa or in an armchair. Bad weather or cool evenings thus become cozy moments of relaxation. The kitchen—open and fully equipped—is right next door. Whether it’s a refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, or coffee maker: nothing is missing here. Not even beautiful tableware. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a flat-screen TV for a restful night’s sleep. A large mirrored closet provides plenty of storage space for your vacation wardrobe. The bathroom is modern and stylish. It features a spacious, walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. Towels are provided, and the beds are, of course, already made upon your arrival. You’ll find individually designed 2- and 3-room apartments with balconies, terraces, and high-quality amenities. An underground parking garage is available for both buildings, with one parking space per apartment. From this garage, you can access the elevator and the apartments in Building B (regardless of whether you arrive with or without a car). From there, you have access to Building A, which does not have an elevator. The upper apartments can only be reached by stairs. It is approximately a 400-meter walk to the beach and the promenade. Inside the building, the washer and dryer are available for a fee. In addition, each apartment has its own mailbox on the building.
