Located on the first floor of the hillside residence, this 67-square-meter apartment offers plenty of space for your vacation. Up to four adults and one toddler (in a travel crib) will never want to leave this little corner of Usedom. The spacious south-facing terrace, accessible from the living room and equipped with sun loungers and a dining table, is the highlight of this apartment. Here you can soak up plenty of sun. The kitchen, fully equipped with high-quality brand-name appliances, is open to the living area but separated from it by a stylish counter with tall stools. At the beautiful, large dining table, you can enjoy all your meals to the fullest. Apartment No. 2 has two bedrooms. You’ll find individually designed 2- and 3-room apartments with balconies, terraces, and high-quality amenities. An underground parking garage is available for both buildings, with one parking space per apartment. From this garage, you can access the elevator and the apartments in Building B (regardless of whether you arrive with or without a car). From there, you have access to Building A, which does not have an elevator. The upper apartments can only be reached by stairs. It is approximately a 400-meter walk to the beach and the promenade. A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the building for a fee. In addition, each apartment has its own mailbox on the building.
