In this modern and beautifully furnished three-room apartment on the first floor, a true haven of comfort awaits you across 69 square meters. Right in the heart of the lively seaside resort, with a view of the historic seaside villas on the famous Bansin Bergstraße and the shopping street, you can vacation here with up to four people, a toddler (up to three years old in a travel crib), and your dog—relaxing and enjoying the Baltic Sea. It’s right on your doorstep. Step out onto one of the two balconies (8 and 9 square meters in size) and listen to the sound of the waves while the morning or afternoon sun warms your face. You have access to both balconies from the living room. Floor-to-ceiling windows lend the rooms a bright, airy feel. Sink into the cozy sofa or chat over a delicious meal at the beautiful dining table with its comfortable chairs and bench. A glass-enclosed gas fireplace provides cozy warmth and a romantic atmosphere on chilly days and evenings. Each of the two bedrooms also features a flat-screen TV, a spacious closet, and access to a balcony. From the southeast-facing balcony, you’ll even have a view of the sea. This vacation home has everything in duplicate—including the bathrooms. Both bathrooms feature a rain shower, a vanity with a lighted mirror, and a toilet. A little surprise in one of the bathrooms invites you to enjoy an extra relaxing experience: your own Finnish sauna, which you can use free of charge. Wi-Fi and use of the washer-dryer in the kitchen are also free of charge. Upon your arrival, the beds will be made and towels will be ready for you. In the modern underground parking garage, parking space No. 5 in the upper level of the double-decker parking structure (max. height 2.00 m, max. length 5.10 m, max. width 2.50 m, max. load 2,600 kg) is reserved for you.
