Your very own private sun deck stretches across the entire width of the building, offering an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea.Whether you’re sunbathing, relaxing in the shade of the retractable awnings, or sipping a sundowner with friends or family—here you’ll feel completely at ease and be able to recharge your batteries. The interior of the apartment has been tastefully, elegantly, and stylishly furnished by one of Germany’s top hotel interior designers. Everything here is coordinated down to the smallest detail. Harmony permeates each of the four rooms. The spacious living-dining room invites you to relax and enjoy yourself. Sink into the large couch or the cozy armchair. Put your feet up and simply unwind while watching an exciting movie on the flat-screen TV or gazing at the flames in the gas fireplace. Here, you can lose track of time and space. In its own small fitness room equipped with exercise machines and a flat-screen TV, you can really push yourself even while on vacation and give your fitness a boost. After working up a sweat, there’s even a private Finnish sauna and a spacious rain shower to help you unwind. If you want to do your laundry, you’ll have the opportunity to do so as well. A washer-dryer is available in the utility room. Your vacation wouldn’t be perfect if the beds weren’t already made and plenty of towels weren’t ready upon your arrival. In the modern underground parking garage, two parking spaces—No. 29—are reserved for the penthouse; one of these spaces also features a paid charging station for electric cars.
