The spacious glass facade offers panoramic views of the idyllic Schloonsee and its newly designed promenade via the south- and west-facing balconies. A leather sofa set by Rolf Benz, the Kartell dining set designed by Philippe Starck, and fabrics by Missoni—combined with exquisite accessories—make this vacation home truly special. Multimedia needs are well taken care of—four flat-screen TVs (42–55) and a Blu-ray player leave nothing to be desired. During the colder months, the wood-burning fireplace creates a magical atmosphere with a generous view of the flames. Three bedrooms (which can be darkened) with box-spring double beds (2 measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m [&] 1 measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m) and spacious built-in closets are located in the rear section of the apartment. This area is further separated by a glass door in the apartment’s entryway—the quiet zone created here offers you the opportunity to retreat and unwind at any time. Two open-concept loft-style shower rooms with Dornbracht fixtures, Keuco Design bathroom furniture, large walk-in glass showers, a waterfall showerhead, minimalist-style sinks and toilets, as well as a spacious sauna round out the apartment. For your convenience, the beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. Two parking spaces are available in the underground garage. A washing machine in the apartment is available for a fee. Upon request, we can provide a travel crib and a high chair for an additional fee. GRANDER—what else? In a prime location, right between the Baltic Sea and Lake Schloon in Bansin, the exclusive beach residences await you. Divided into two modern buildings (Ostseepalais and Schloonpalais), equipped with underground parking (entrance height 1.90 m), an elevator, and spacious apartments, they offer an ideal vacation home for young and old alike. The Ostseepalais faces the sea (along the beach promenade) and offers a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea from almost all apartments (except apartments 1 [&] 2). The Schloonpalais faces south (toward Bergstraße) and offers a beautiful view of Lake Schloon from the apartments; the lake has just been redesigned and now features its own small promenade. From this building, you can access the beach promenade via the underground parking garage (and directly from the Ostseepalais). You can’t get any closer to the beach than this! For almost every apartment (except Ostseepalais 2), two adjacent underground parking spaces (total area: 5x5m) are available; bicycles can also be parked here.
