Our new 4-room vacation apartment on the first floor of the Strandresidenzen offers the perfect vacation home with a spacious 120 square meters (bookable for 5 people [&] 2 toddlers up to 3 years old in a travel crib). Look forward to contemporary design combined with cozy accessories and coordinated colors and fabrics. The bright living area, featuring a casual seating area, flat-screen TV, and a lovely fireplace, opens onto the fully equipped, open-concept kitchen and the sunny dining area. The beautiful view of Schloonsee and the spacious south-facing balcony are sure to put you in a vacation mood right away. Two large bedrooms are each furnished with a double box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The third, smaller bedroom features a single box-spring bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m) and a built-in closet. An additional travel crib for children (available for an extra charge) can be set up in any of the rooms. The apartment is complemented by one bathroom with a bathtub and another with a shower; the built-in sauna invites you to relax. A special highlight is the huge 50-square-meter, semi-enclosed southwest-facing terrace. Furnished with beautiful patio furniture, a beach chair, and a view of Lake Schloonsee, it’s sure to quickly become your favorite spot during the warmer months. For your convenience, the beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. Two parking spaces are available in the underground garage. Upon request, we can provide a travel crib and a high chair for an additional fee. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the apartment—please ask at our front desk. As a special treat for your day at the beach, from mid-May through the end of September (weather permitting), a beach chair is also available free of charge on the beach and on the terrace.


In a prime location, directly between the Baltic Sea and Schloonsee in Bansin, the exclusive beach residences await you. Divided into two modern buildings (Ostseepalais and Schloonpalais), equipped with an underground parking garage (entry height 1.90 m), an elevator, and spacious apartments, they offer an ideal vacation home for young and old alike. The Ostseepalais faces the sea (along the beach promenade) and offers a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea from almost all apartments (except apartments 1 [&] 2). The Schloonpalais faces south (toward Bergstraße) and offers a beautiful view of Lake Schloon from the apartments; the lake has just been redesigned and now features its own small promenade. From this building, you can reach the beach promenade via the underground parking garage (and directly from the Ostseepalais). You can’t get any closer to the beach than this! For almost every apartment (except Ostseepalais 2), two adjacent underground parking spaces (total area: 5x5m) are available; bicycles can also be parked here.
