This spacious 120-square-meter, 3-room vacation apartment accommodates 4 adults and 2 toddlers (up to 3 years old in a travel crib). It’s located on the first floor (on the dune) and is equipped with every comfort. Skilled interior designers have created a charming vacation destination here. The living area, featuring a large window wall facing the sea and a comfortable seating area in front of the fireplace, is complemented by the exclusive open-concept kitchen with a spacious dining area. Two bedrooms, each with a box-spring double bed and its own TV, offer the best in sleeping comfort. The first bathroom features a bathtub, shower, and toilet. The second bathroom, with a large glass shower, incorporates the apartment’s own sauna—a highlight, not just during the cold season. There is also a guest restroom. The terrace with its own beach chair and the side balcony are sure to quickly become your favorite spots. Both are perfect for relaxing! For your convenience, you can use a washer and dryer; furthermore, the beds will be made upon your arrival and towels will be provided (initial supply). A travel crib and high chair can be booked upon request (for an additional fee). Two separate parking spaces are available for your car.

The Ostseepalais faces the sea (along the beach promenade) and offers a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea from almost all apartments (except apartments 1 [&] 2). The Schloonpalais faces south (toward Bergstraße) and offers a beautiful view of Schloonsee from the apartments; the lake has been redesigned with its own small promenade. From this building, you can access the beach promenade via the underground parking garage (and directly from the Ostseepalais). You can’t live any closer to the beach! For almost every apartment (except Ostseepalais 2 [&] 4), two adjacent underground parking spaces (total area: 5x5m) are available; bicycles can also be parked here.
