The shopping center and the beginning of the promenade are just 200 m and the beach can be reached in about 6 minutes on foot (500m). The apartment is bright, modern and friendly. From the south balcony you can enjoy the sun from early till late.
The modern living room, with the bay window as a dining area, gives a generous sense of space and offers a beautiful view of the nature, so that you feel right at home here. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (headboard hinged) and a four-door wardrobe with ample storage space. A second TV set can also be used here.
