Villa Mutabor offers you a meeting and holiday home that will provide you a cozy home while discovering the charms of the island of Usedom. The house is a 2004 newly renovated villa of resort architecture from 1913. The building is Grade II listed and many of the original features have been preserved and restored. Great emphasis was placed on largely natural building materials and an environmentally friendly operation. Therefore, the apartments are all different in cut and decor. - NO SMOKING - Smoking is only possible outside the house. On the courtyard side there is a communal terrace with tables and sun loungers and a small green area with a swing and sandpit for the little ones. On request, cot and high chair, in limited numbers, are available free of charge. There are 4 parking spaces on your own property. Public parking (cont. Fee) is available in the resort. For brought or rented bicycles a closed shed is available. Until the end of 2019: For train travelers, the original equipment costs bed linen and towels 10, - € per person.
