Apartment 04 - Lindenstraße Apartments

This modern, 60-square-meter, two-room ground-floor vacation apartment features a spacious combined living and sleeping area with a sofa (sofa bed for up to two people), wingback chairs, cable TV, and a radio; a dining area for four people; and a kitchenette with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and dishes. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and storage space. The apartment’s private terrace, complete with seating, is the perfect spot to relax. Here, you can enjoy breakfast on beautiful days or wind down the evening with a glass of wine.<br/>All areas are accessible, making the apartment suitable for guests with limited mobility. You are welcome to park your car at the vacation rental (not suitable for minivans or trailers).<br/>Important note: On the day of arrival, a deposit of 50 euros is required for the remote control used to open and close the gate.<br><br><br><br>These bright and welcoming vacation apartments are located in an annex of a villa in a central location in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. A supermarket, bakery, train station, and much more are located in the immediate vicinity. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is about a 7-minute walk away. The Ostsee-Therme is only about 500 meters from the accommodation. One parking space (not suitable for minivans or trailers) is available per apartment on the property. Please note that if your car is slightly larger, the parking space may be a bit tight. Bed linens and towels are available upon request from the property manager for a fee. A crib (without linens) and a high chair are also available upon request from the property manager for a fee. A lovingly landscaped garden is at your disposal (shared use).<br><br><br><br>Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
