In Villa Stefanie, renovated in 2020, we offer 4 accommodations that you can book either as a single large vacation home for a family of up to eight people, as a complete vacation complex with 2 apartments and 2 bungalows, or individually for your vacation, each accommodating up to four people.


Villa Stephanie with the apartments on the 3rd and 4th floors:



We offer you a modernly furnished vacation home near the beach, spanning a total of 143 m². Spread over two floors, the house features a total of 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Up to eight people can enjoy their vacation here.
You can reach Apartment 3 via a small staircase. This 69-square-meter apartment accommodates four people. The first bedroom is adjacent to the living area. The second bedroom is accessible via the apartment hallway. The upper apartment, Apartment 4, also accommodates up to four people in 74 square meters.
Both apartments feature the following amenities:



• Separate kitchen with all the extras (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, stovetop, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster) and a spacious dining table on the adjoining porch, which also features a flat-screen TV

• Living area with a flat-screen TV, comfortable couch, and adjoining sleeping area featuring a cozy double bed (180 x 200 cm / full-length mattress)

• Second sleeping area consisting of a separate bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm / full-length mattress) and a flat-screen TV

• Bathroom accessible from the hallway with a shower, toilet, and a hair dryer

• Cozy seating area in the garden for shared use

• Non-smoking house; no pets allowed

• Wi-Fi, one parking space per car directly at the house, and bicycle storage.

• The visitor’s card issued to you allows you to use the Usedomer Bäderbahn buses free of charge


The bungalows are located on the same property as Villa Stefanie. Each bungalow accommodates three people.



Ahlbeck Bungalow 1 (front):



Bungalow 1 (front) offers 40 square meters of space and is located near the Baltic Sea and the white sandy beach—perfect for 365 wonderful vacation days.
In the combined living and dining area, you’ll find comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, a radio, and a built-in kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.
In the adjoining bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm/separate mattresses), you can store your personal belongings in the closet. The sofa bed in the living room offers the best seating and sleeping comfort for a third person.
The bathroom features a toilet, shower, and a hair dryer. The property features a garden seating area that invites you to relax and unwind. The garden is for shared use.
For your convenience, there is a parking space directly next to the house and a bicycle storage area. A slightly different kind of mobility: Your personal spa pass allows you to use the Usedomer Bäderbahn on the island of Usedom free of charge.



Ahlbeck Bungalow 2 (rear):
Bungalow 2 (rear) also offers 40 square meters of space. In the combined living and dining area, you’ll find a cozy seating area, a flat-screen TV, a radio, and a built-in kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.
In the adjoining bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm/separate mattresses), you can store your personal belongings in the closet. A third person can sleep on the single bed in the bedroom.
