A friendly welcome by the staff and very attentive throughout our stay. Room 8 was excellent with plenty of space and a large bath with separate shower. Superb service, tasty food and fantastic staff member. very funny and really made a great start to my morning. Having paid for all of the amenities offered within the room rate the one reason why I specifically return to a hotel is the people, they are the difference that makes the difference. how they engage with you and how they treat you is not paid for, it is how they are as a person.
